Join YOUR WARDROBE Cairns, the biggest preloved fashion event in the region, where you can sell your clothes, shoes, and accessories, do your part for the planet, and even make a little cash.

We will get you started by providing the venue and space to set up your own pop-up shop, inviting you to use mirrors, flowers, or keep it simple and focus on your clothes!

With an early start, you'll have all the time you need to make sales and then enjoy the rest of your day in style.

Tell your friends and make a morning of it! Split a stall with a friend so you can shop and sell together! And rest assured, you are contributing to a worthy cause ☺

Inside the Fred Moule Pavilion at the Cairns Showgrounds, market stall holders are welcome on the day of the event from 6am to 8am. Please arrive no later than 7:15am to ensure you're set up by 8am to showcase your sustainable fashion and vintage clothing. The event will close at 1pm, and we kindly ask that no pack up begins before 1:01pm.

Discover an array of new, pre-loved, and vintage clothing, shoes, accessories, racewear, and jewellery—everything fashion-related for women, men, and children. As a market stall holder, you can showcase your sustainable fashion items effectively. Please remember to bring your own clothing rack and any additional display items. Trestle tables are available to hire for $15 and can be purchased alongside your vendor ticket. It's helpful to bring a selection of change, including $5 and $10 notes. You can also use apps like Venmo, PayPal, and Pay ID during this cash event, although there will be an ATM on site!

Sellers Vendor Ticket - $68 + $3.50 (Sticky Tickets Booking Fee) 

Your vendor ticket includes: 

Allocated space is 3m x 3m. (Please understand that we are working with space restrictions, so STRICTLY no more than 2 Sellers for each Sellers Ticket). Your ticket also provides promotional marketing for your sustainable fashion and vintage clothing offerings on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as a press release to local media and road signage.

Bathrooms are available for shoppers to try on items, but as a market stall holder, it's your choice whether to allow this or not. You are responsible for your item’s location at all times. If you have one, you can also bring your own pop-up change room to showcase your sustainable fashion offerings.  

As a vendor, you agree to promote the event to your social networks leading up to the event, which is in your best interest, especially if you're showcasing vintage clothing!  

Vendor tickets are non-refundable, and if you cancel less than a week out from the event, your stall will be forfeited.  

If the event is canceled for any reason, another day will be chosen, and your tickets will be transferred to that new date.
