Join YOUR WARDROBE Cairns the biggest pre loved fashion event in the region and sell your clothes, shoes and accessories, do your bit for the planet and make a little cash. 

We will get you started by providing the venue and space for you to set up your own pop up shop, inviting you to use mirrors, flowers or just keep it simple and make it about your clothes! 

With an early start, you have all the time you need to make the sales, and then enjoy the rest of your day in style.

Tell your friends and make a morning of it! Split a stall with a friend so you can shop and sell! And know that you are contributing to a worthy cause ☺

Inside the Fred Moule Pavilion at the Cairns Showgrounds.

Open to vendors the day of the event at 6am - 8am (please arrive no later than 7.15am and be set up by 8am)****Close at 1pm (strictly no pack up before 1.01pm)****

New, pre-loved and vintage clothing, shoes, accessories, race wear, jewellery, anything fashion related for women, men and children. 

Please bring your own clothing rack and anything else to display your items. (Trestle tables are available to hire for $15 and can be purchased along with your vendor ticket) 

Bring a selection of change, including $5, $10 notes, you can also use apps like Venom, PayPal and Pay ID. A CASH event but there will be an ATM on site!

Sellers Vendor Ticket - $60 + $3.50 (Sticky Tickets Booking Fee)

Your vendor ticket includes:

• Allocated space is 3m x 3m. (Please understand that we are working with space restrictions, so STRICTLY no more than 2 Sellers for each Sellers Ticket)
• Promotional Marketing on social media platforms Facebook and Instagram, Press Release to local media and road signage

Bathrooms are available for shoppers can try on items however it is your choice whether to allow this or not. You are responsible for your items location at all times. You can also bring your own pop-up change room if you have one. 

As a Vendor you agree to promoting the event to your social networks leading up to the event, which is in your best interest of course!

Vendor Tickets are non-refundable and if you cancel less than a week out from the event your stall will be forfeited.

If the event is cancelled for any reason, another day will be chosen and tickets will be transferred to that new date.
